  • Yes you can , but as a small business we don’t have full time office.

  • Advise us of any allergies when you book

  • Chevron down What should I bring on the trip?
  • Pack light for a one day trip. The weather conditions can change at any time. A jumper/sweater light comfy clothing, walking shoes, any medication you may need, camera and spare cards, charge leads etc. sunglasses, money and a small backpack with your essential items.

  • Chevron down Should I arrive at the departure time a little earlier than my listed departure time?
  • It is recommended you arrive at your pick up location at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time. If the bus has not picked you up within 10 minutes please phone our driver direct on 1300 36 14 07, We only have 8 people at the maximum to pick up. All pickups are generally completed within 15 minutes.

  • Chevron down What time can I expect to arrive back in Melbourne after the one day tour along The Great Ocean Road?
  • As we leave earlier than most tours, we are expected back by 5. p.m.

  • We have a child rate for 8-15 year old children. Unfortunately we cannot carry children under 8 years of age

  • Yes all of our guides are first aid trained.

  • We do our best to cater for all dietary requirements. Please let us know when making your booking

  • Chevron down What type of vehicle will I be travelling in?
  • 2015 11 seat LDV bus. ABS, anti skid brakes, Air Conditioning in front and rear, USB chargers. Wi Fi and comfortable contoured seats with seatbelts.

  • No we don’t, however, we do regular toilet stops along the way.

  • Yes it is 128 bit encrypted to ensure the safety of your details. We do not hold or use any details beyond the booking and payment stage of your transaction. Your personal details will not be stored for any purpose.

  •  Unfortunately we cannot carry children under 8 years or Travelers over 130 Kgs. Prices are AUD and include GST, they are valid till 1st December 2019.  Cancellation fees; If you cancel within 48Hrs (2 days) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee. 100% within seven (7) days for Private Tours. Ocean Road Tours offers City, Southbank and Docklands pickup  services to most accommodation providers. It is the travelers’ responsibility to be waiting out the front of your selected pickup location  at least 5 minutes before departure. Failure to wait out the front of your selected location may result in the tour guide being unable to locate you, causing failure to load. Ocean Road Tours is not responsible for travelers who are not at the appointed pick up location at the correct time.  Ocean Road Tours reserve the right to alter the itinerary, tour dates and prices as required. Part refunds may be offered in the event of a day tour not being completed, due to Weather, Road Blockages, Illness or accident or any other reasonable action, for the cancellation of a tour which has begun. Ocean Road Tours will endeavor to provide all advertised attractions, however if this is not possible, the best possible replacement attractions will be offered. Ocean Road Tours shall be exempt from any liability loss, damage, illness or injury to any passenger while participating in any tour or related activity, including meals. Passengers travel with the understanding that these conditions have been read and accepted prior to departure. It is the responsibility of each traveler to notify Ocean Road Tours of any allergies at the time of booking. Ocean Road Tours reserves the right to refuse to carry any person we feel cannot cope with the requirements of our tour, or need facilities we are unable to offer.
